Seriously, if Alex Jones, Prison Paul, Laura Loomer, and Milo all vanished from the internet without a trace, the world would be 10000% better. Don't even try debating this.
What would the internet be without racists, abuse, misogyny, conspiracy theories, violent fantasies, and endless hatred? Can you even imagine the free and open exchange of ideas that would foster? Is it something we even dare dream about?

The Rothschilds are not "New York's super rich." They're the wealthy Jewish family blamed by everyone from Imperial Russia to QAnon for virtually every negative event in the last 300 years. Mel Gibson might not be the ideal person to "satirize" them.

I feel like Mel Gibson "satirizing" wealthy Jews by playing a barely-disguised version of Jacob Rothschild deserves at least somewhat more outrage than the Game of Thrones guys got for "Confederate." At least that was a potentially interesting idea for a TV show.

This is just a tiny sample of the definitely not antisemitic violent threats, conspiracy theories, and centuries-old blood libel QAnon believers fill my mentions with every day. Because they just hate THIS wealthy Jewish family, not ALL wealthy Jewish families. Right?
Who do these people think first called the Rothschilds satanists, or puppet masters, or killers of Christian children? Who came up with the idea that they sold weapons to both sides of every war, or bought every central bank on earth? Did it just materialize out of thin air?
These accusations were invented by haters of Jews to smear a Jewish family that dared to succeed in fields that middle ages Christians found ungodly. When you repeat them now, you are engaging in the same tactics, centuries later. Ergo, you are antisemitic.

I (and others) have found what *might* be a manifesto from the Poway shooter. The link is from 8chan, and should be taken with a truckload of skepticism. But if real, it's a truly disturbing rant full of references to "anons," memes and murder.
There's a Facebook page named in the 8chan thread, but it's already down. I can't find anything else on the guy. The manifesto is a pretty close copy of the Christchurch manifesto, but shorter, and totally focused on Jews. Again, no confirmation it's real.
Confirmed, it's him. Damn it. Christchurch officially has a copycat.

Several of you seem perplexed as to why #FoxNews is suddenly #FauxNews. Allow me to try to explain.

A short oversimplified answer is that the sons now run Fox, Faux news.

But it's more complicated than just this. Initially the sons advertised taking fox news in a different direction but their attempts met with a crash in ratings and major push back. Therefore funding for the millionaire elite boys was decreased.

And we didn’t care because he’s a horrible person who ran harassment campaigns and repeatedly violated TOS of social media platforms.
Really, that classic quote doesn’t really apply to every situation that makes you unhappy, cons.
I do think at some point there will need to be a discussion about how speech is regulated on private social media platforms, considering how important they are these days for people. But protecting liars who harass parents of murdered kids ain’t the start of that convo.
Jones isn’t some “slippery slope.” He’s a flat, dry plain filled with amoral liars and bigots.

Asked if Trump really believes "no," Russia is not targeting the U.S. any more, Sanders says he was "saying no to answering questions," not on the question itself. (Sanders lies a lot and says a lot of ridiculous things, but this strikes me as plausible.)
This is the video. The context for Trump’s “no” wasn’t perfectly clear.
On Russia targeting the U.S., Sanders says, "The threat still exists, which is why we are taking steps to prevent it."
