8) The violation was in regards to the pool on the property. Seen here, is derelict and full of dirty water.
9) Barry Shy. Why would another real estate developer be creating and dissolving LLC's on behalf of someone else? Don't lawyers usually do that, especially since this guy seems wealthy enough to build a 33 story apartment tower.
