For Mother's Day my wife wanted Thai food. We ordered via @Grubhub @Grubhub_Care, but half our order was missing. It's taken an hour to get them to re-order the missing food, and even then the agent said she couldn't expedite delivery or offer any credit for the delay. Not cool.
@Grubhub @Grubhub_Care Cool, @GrubHub. Three and a half hours after we placed our order and half of it's STILL not here. Nice customer service. Happy Mother's Day to my wife who just wanted Thai food.

@Grubhub @Grubhub_Care Aaaaand... the restaurant's closed. I'm never, ever using @GrubHub again. I recommend my 6,000 followers do likewise. Mistakes are human; being unresponsive and uncaring to your customers isn't.
