7/ These #NXIVM records have been talked about for years already-defense is arguing that #KristinKeeffe was the one who initiated the files, and that they fall under the "hearsay rule"- meaning statements made out of court do NOT prove the truth in court: m.timesunion.com/tuplus-local/a…
8/ #NXIVM Defense atty #MarcAgnifolo says the prosecution should just call #KristinKeeffe herself, rather than relying on records /emails that may contain false information and were initiated by someone other than the defendant.. Outside the courtroom he makes same argument: 
9/ Prosecuting atty #MoiraPenza argues that these files simply BEING in the BASEMENT of the #NXIVM president #NancySalzman (and including communication with the defendant #KeithRaniere ), speaks volumes 🗣️ as to the criminality of the #NXIVM organization💥
10/ Both sides in #NXIVM case argue that the other is AFRAID to call witness #KristinKeefe...who is in hiding... and who is also the mother of the secret love child between her and #KeithRaniere... She alleges that he tortured her.
11/ In the end, the judge said he will review the documents all day since he now had the time (due to juror call-out), and he will make his decision known in the morning. He seems to be siding with allowing the evidence, much to the chagrin of the defense. To be continued!
