If the House does not impeach @realDonaldTrump every subpoena from now until Election Day will get the middle finger.
They need to stop acting like scaredy-cats and impeach him.
Now.
And yes, federal courts are likely to enforce compliance with subpoenas more aggressively and more quickly if formal impeachment proceedings are underway.
The evidence for impeachment is overwhelming.
The Republicans will lose the Senate if they refuse to convict him.

I flew home for a much better attraction- my kids’ soccer games yesterday. If @SpeakerPelosi had promised to send the Sergeant at Arms to the ALI dinner (with handcuffs) to arrest the man who is in contempt of Congress, I might have skipped the soccer games to attend the dinner.
Still, watching my daughter score a goal in soccer was much more satisfying than the possibility of watching another Attorney General (I am old enough to remember Big John Mitchell in ‘74) get carted off to the slammer.

This ongoing retaliation against @ChrisHoroshak for complaining about harassment by DFL campaign workers is despicable. Governor @Tim_Walz needs to step in and do something, as Party operatives continue to look the other way or encourage this.
Pathetic.
In late 2016 @ChrisHoroshak wrote a detailed complaint describing harassment by DFL campaign workers Kyle Vanderflute and Andrew Stark. It took the DFL 18 months to acknowledge the harassment occurred and that was only after a newspaper article reported it. Retaliation continues.
How Vanderflute ended up working in the office of a U.S. senator who was never told about the @ChrisHoroshak allegations is something that DFL chair @kenmartin73 has yet to explain.

One of the most important ethics issues in the Gorsuch and Kavanagh confirmation hearings was when they would recuse from a case involving the personal financial interests of the man to whom they owe their seats on the Court.
A financial advantage bestowed on a president by a person he appoints is an illegal bribe or gratuity if there is a quid pro quo between the financial advantage and the appointment. A judge should recuse from a case involving the personal finances of a president who appoints him.

I've heard the arguments against impeachment and they're all misguided.

"We don't know what Mueller's report will be."

"Impeachment might cost us 2020."

"We don't have the votes to convict in the Senate."

Anything Mueller uncovers is gravy. There's already PLENTY to #impeach @realDonaldTrump over.
