You guys don't know that your favorite exchange has always had the margin trading, both longs and shorts across every market since forever, but it was just only available to its insider trading desk. They longed shit and they shorted shit based on user data.
I have said this before, but shitcoiners don't want to hear the truth. That's how they profited + generated volume. It's obvious. That's how your bullish alts dumped so much when they were not supposed to. That's also why your "bullish alts" got any value in the first place.
When you make a trade on your favorite exchange, you have to realize that at one point, it gets extremely profitable for them to insider short something massively. If you have a "legit project", it is not always a good idea to get on an exchange that may be insider shorting coins
In fact you stay away from that exchange in such a case. You require them to never list your project. These shorts are more sinister on coins which can't be shorted on another exchange because this gives the insiders exclusivity which is extremely profitable
The shorting exclusivity while being extremely profitable for insiders is catastrophic for shithodlers. Now to stray into a related thought: How would your favorite exchange insider short its coins? Would it do on the name of the exchange company, or via different entity
I think it would own a third party that would be granted the rights to margin trade, both long or short all coins exclusively and then on top of that it would be secretly granted secret user data to give it a huge edge. This entity would make a lot more profit than exchange itself
So going on this train of thought, your favorite exchange has this insider trading entity that has made a whole lot more profit over the years than the exchange itself. To sum up, you have never thought about this and you have never consider this while making a trade.
Another derivation from this: Once the insider shorting stops, expect volume to sink across all coins. Your exchange will become a poloniex. Go have a look at what real volumes are like. Your exchange will get there slowly but surely, once the insider edges are gone.
Why would they take out that insider edge?
Simply for survival. Other exchanges enable the margin trading module and take away users and attention. So your favorite exchange knows that its insider trading time is up and it must enable it for everybody to stay on top.
What happens when insider edge is taken out? Everyone gets fair play relatively to the old times, that causes volume to decrease because there is no special incentive and clear road to profit because of fair play, over competition and free market reduces profit hugely, so then
so then your favorite exchange's overall volumes go down, it becomes less attractive to shittraders, its profits go down because of reducing volume, and guess what, it impacts the price of its house feeshare token. So the take from this would be that,
sometime soon after fairplay mode is enabled, the house feeshare token is going to jump off the cliff. If you have learned anything, you must take profits on the way up and must know and control your greed. I've siad it before, exchanging shitcoins is generic & low value business
