Open earlier on Monday & extend opening hours until the very last customer has come and gone. The operating hours gonna get thrown out the door. #NCBMess
Please notify all staff ASAP that this is what will obtain for Monday & Tuesday at least at all branches across the country #NCBMess
Tellers especially have to be mentally prepared that everyone is gonna be on their line for the whole day & the day will be longer than usual #NCBMess
Customers are gonna be out early on Monday & they’re gonna be mad as hell. Brace yourselves for the cussing #NCBMess
And try to make it a little more palatable for them, so you’re gonna have to bring in food. Call everybody! You need water, you need tea, you need coffee, you need porridge and you need it at every single branch. #NCBMess
Call #GraceFoods now see how much they can help. I know they have all those items. Ask them about #HotDogKing as well #NCBMess they can also best tell you whatever else they can provide. Call them now!
Please to forget about budget. It does not count right now. #NCBMess
You’re gonna need ALL your staff & then some, so whoever on leave & in Jamaica they need to report to work.
You’re also gonna have to invest in counselors or somebody who the staff can vent to starting Monday as well. Cos trust me Mr.Hylton they are taking a pounding & although it’s “just work” it takes a toll on people mentally. You will need it as well #NCBMess
I sincerely hope your marketing team have you doing ads for all media where you’re being appropriately apologetic and giving promises and assurances that this will never happen again #NCBMess

Make sure your SM and Customer Service teams knows exactly what’s happening & can provide most accurate information when asked. They too will becoming under nuff pressure and they too can’t take a break . #NCBMess

Also I am not looking a work wid NCB Marketing I’m sure they are fine people and have a rock solid plan. I happen to fully love my job & my company & most of all my teammates
Just I too work in financial services and me nuh like when things go wrong for any of us because it affects all of us. People don’t trust or like us much as it is! So the #NCBMess recovery is gonna be a task for us all!
Finally massive respect to the staff @ncbja this past week has been rough and tough but learn the lessons. You’re all gonna be stronger for it personally and professionally.
