The Biafra story Yoruba kids who grew up in the 80s and 90s like me were told, was tainted with the tribalistic eyes of Awoists. Of course Awo could do no wrong so his stand and actions on the war were right 🙄#BiafraRemembranceDay

The Igbo nation is hurting, as has been since the 1960s, and the country has done, and is doing it's best to suppress their voice, their struggle and what they hold dear mostly, their history. Who are we without our past? #BiafraRemembranceDay
