1-ALL IMMIGRATION should be HALTED for a five year period. No asylum, no refugees, no immigration of any kind, until we clean up the mess we have. If we are not finished cleaning up and throwing out the illegals, securing the borders, then we add another five year increment.

2- Students with student visas should have to report to an agent once a month. If they fail to report, their green card is automatically null and void in 48 hours. Prior to coming to the US, we should require a "DEPOSIT" on a determined amount of money to be held in escrow, until

3- the person leaves. If they go AWOL, the funds are to be used to remove them from the US and the money is automatically forfeited if the student does not comply with the laws. They will then become illegally here and deported immediately.

4- Their right to come to the US will not be allowed for ten years. If they commit a crime, they are automatically deported and monies forfeited. They are not sent to jail here. They are removed immediately and banned from the country.

5- All illegals kept in detention centers will be removed immediately. Their right to come to the US is over. Their fingerprints kept on file & they will be considered a domestic terrorist if they return. This applies to all illegal citizens currently here as well, regardless of

All employers (large, small or individuals) will be required to alert the immigration officers of ANY person applying for work with false ID's and anyone caught employing illegal's will be fined no less than $2500 for the first

7-offense, and each conviction will result in an additional $2500 (Two offenses will be $5000, third offense $10,000) If there is a fourth offense, an individual who hires illegal's, and gets caught, can lose their home PLUS a $25000 fine. If the fine is not paid, a lien goes on

For a business, after a third offense (that doesn't mean third offense with one person-NO! THIRD OFFENSE - PERIOD!) The business is closed. And, illegal's employed in a business will cost the business $5000 for the

9- first offense, $10,000 for the second and the third results in closure.
Any landlords that rent to illegals, forfeit their properties and are fined $10,000 for each individual (regardless of age) found to be living in the home. Landlords who do not pay, forfeit their own homes

10- and their bank accounts frozen, money removed until all fines are paid. If there is no bank account, personal property will be taken and sold to pay fines. THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ANY social services.

11- The people providing false ID's will be considered domestic terrorists & enemies of the country. They will be arrested, any property they own is forfeited & they will be sent to jail to do hard labor.Working in meat packing plants, picking crops & any & all other jobs that

The ONLY WAY to curb illegals is to enforce the laws already on the books, & close the borders. It's time to clean house. And it's time to amend the 14th amendment of the Constitution to make ANY CHILDREN born to illegals, ILLEGAL as well & NOT

13- automatically AMERICAN CITIZENS, and that starts beginning in 1960.
The US may have been a 'melting pot' in the past, but times change. We have been generous to the point of allowing our country to be taken advantage of. The rest of the world needs to step up & do its part,

14- as the US has done! Our MELTING POT HAS BOILED OVER! And, it's time to STOP FEEDING THE POT! CLEAN IT UP!
Perhaps, sometime in the future, we can once again be as welcoming & generous. But now it is time to stop, let this country breathe, and take care of itself for a change,

If the people making it so utterly easy for illegals to come here are slapped, and slapped hard, under the conditions I suggested, they will be LESS INCLINED to help and to risk their own security and safety.

17- My heritage is Native American & Hungarian. My grandparents immigrated here legally, meeting on the boat coming over, reconnecting & marrying three years later, raising 14 children. You see, that is precisely the reason I believe in immigration as long as it is done legally!

18- As 50% Native American, I know the history of treaties & agreements made with this US government. Every single one has been broken or violated. John McCain furthered the stealing of Native lands by tacking the sale of thousands of acres onto a defense spending bill

19- That was done at the last moment. The sale was to a Uk & AU mining company & McCain made heaps of money off the passing of his sponsored bill. That land was stolen, just as so many other lands were. Now we give away housing, medical, education, licenses, etc to illegals

20- enmasse, leaving our veterans & our Indigenous people homeless and destitute.

Let's regain our respect, stop the raping & pillaging by the illegals. Let's respect our AMERICAN BORN people first. It is long past time!
