Mr Downes asks: "What is the legal basis for the payment of money by 'M' and 'W' to this company? What was the legal basis? You can't give any evidence about that cab you?" Miss Kafena said: "No." #twitterblades #sufc

Mr Downes asks: "Can you recall if you were the person who introduced Prince Abdullah to Mr Bin Laden?" Mr Alsaady says: "I was not." #twitterblades #sufc

Mr Downes asks Mr Alsaady if he knew Sela Sport were involved in the transaction. He shows Mr Justice Fancourt an email to Mr Alsaady which states Sela were involved. He claimed earlier he was acting on behalf of Mr Bin Laden #twitterblades #sufc

Mr Downes asks: "How do you reconcile that with your evidence a moment ago that you weren't the representative of Sela Sport?" Mr Alsaady replies: "I can't." #twitterblades #sufc

Mr Alsaady said: "At the time I wanted to protect the identity of my investor but the purpose of this NDA was for me to get access to information to assess the transaction." #twitterblades #sufc

Mr Downes asks: " Are you trying to help them [UTB] by minimising Sela's role in this transaction? " Mr Alsaady replies: "No, I'm trying to present my case." #twitterblades #sufc

Mr Downes asks: "So, the truth of the matter is that you understood, full well, didn't you, in December 2016, that the potential investors included Sela Sport and Dr Raman?" Mr Alsaady says: "I actually asked Dr Raman during that meeting [Dec 2016] ... And he had no intention."

Mr Justice Fancourt interrupts and tells Mr Alsaady: "Mr Alsaady, various people will try and interpret the documents and make sense on them at various stages. What we really need from you is what was being said in the meetings and what you were told by your principal."
