The States set to sue S/TMUS are defining the market as pre and postpaid, which is reasonable, and say consumer harm will primarily fall on lower end prepaid customers. Also fine. Except TMUS has agreed to divest Boost as part of the settlement with the FCC. So that's weird.
Also lol at Shapiro. I know he's an expert that is always called upon for this type of suit, but after his work was absolutely dunked on in AT&T/TWX I thought maybe he'd sit this one out.
