The Creole city at the heart of francophone American countries is not just the largest and most important port in America, it was located on the ideal location to create a stranglehold on future US trade. The weakness was French colonial settlement policies vis a vis England.

I hv been asked to respond to @FactCheckIndia's "response" to my report. Fact is, they only gave reasons for not picking 26/35 cases that I pointed to

Anyway, here's a thread on their 'response' & how they alter their definition of hate crime when victim's religion isnt suitable

1. When Hs complain of intimidation and fear from M neighbours, it's not a hate crime as "there should be a victim/victims who was caused harm or damage to him/her"

But when H outfits warn schools against celebrating Christmas without causing physical harm, its still hate crime
