Truly, there is no need for inane comparisons to Nazis to contextualise this. Boorish (or robust, depending on your take) displays of contempt for high-falutin foreigners were always the very essence of John Bull.
At least the Brexit party didn’t bare their buttocks & break wind 
(Although I would grant that comparing people you disagree with to Nazis has now itself become a venerable British tradition...)
