Welllllllll, WGA doesn't exactly seem to rousing them to get involved. Screenwriters and agency execs are both big donors to Harris, but when I asked WGA about it in April, a spokesman told me, "Sen. Harris hasn’t weighed in on it as far as we know, nor have we asked her to."
And does Harris support a side? ... I wasn't able to get an answer.
FYI some of the agency donors to Kamala Harris include the president of CAA, the CEO of WME (Ari Emanuel) and the president of ICM.

Counterpoint: Nominating someone close to the center might alienate ultramotivated progressives who are ready to mobilize and knock on doors, phonebank and grind out votes for someone they're passionate about. It's not as if there aren't big risks to doing the other thing, too.
If you're a Democratic campaign, is the more attractive audience a group of centrists who may or may not come back from voting for Trump, or a bunch of leftyish zealots who would put in any amount of campaign work to win?
(I think I have to add the perpetual reporter caveat that this will be a constant argument all the way up until November 2020, at which point it will be impossible to conclusively beta-test whether the alternative would have been a better or worse choice under the circumstances)

Clarifying that I meant #Harris was right on her death penalty stance and that it is my stance that @CNN reviving this story is the pandering aspect.

One feels for the widow, but we are not served by the death penalty in a civilized society..

So per @NBCNews, these are the latest fundraising rankings.
These are significant because #Warren is after #Sanders and #Harris in the polls where they rank 1st and 2nd (not counting Biden since he's not in) but her fundraising is below #Booker.
As these money rankings stay, Warren is in trouble for the debates like Castro and Gillibrand are because of the rules on how fundraising numbers = viability. Not making the debates would be terrible since #Warren & #Gillibrand are the most progressive & #Castro the only Latinx.
Also, these daily totals are averaged, but they aren't representative as a metric because all these candidates entered at different times & Sanders never stopped fundraising from 2016.
The question is, how much is no big donors hurting #Harris & #Warren?

In a recent article on the #WGA/ATA negotiations, the LA Times quoted UTA chief executive Jeremy Zimmer:

1) There’s a lot of BS about @nntaleb’s Black Swan, antifragility & skin in da game. Let’s take the gloves off and get into trouble.
2) When the Swan flew out, it was immediately butchered by imbeciles not understanding that you can’t predict the unpredictable.

That is the point – and an IQ filter NNT himself proly did not expect.
3) In any complex domain – life! – the Blackest Swan is always skulking around the corner. You know it’s coming, but you don’t know what where when. You can't tame what you've never even conceived of.

In trying to repair what's wrong with KE, there are many conversations we need to have. The exiling (not deportation) of Miguna was wrong. It was, however, the actualization of an internal war ODM made against him about 9 years ago.

In "Peeling Back the Mask", Miguna talks about that time in January 2010 when PMU came after him on the issue of citizenship. The argument then was pretty much the same as it was the week. First page.
In the second excerpt, he says he finally realised that it had been his colleagues at ODM fighting him all along.

Then mentions the critical case of Mahamud Sirat who filed an election petition for the Wajir South seat in 2008 and found himself exiled to Australia.
