Ok, onto Vic's deposition video.

Vic's depo happened the day before Ron's depo.

When asked about being the "Fuhrer", Vic had a slight giggle about it. Compare that to Ron's question about being called a pedophile, and you can see that Ron had the advantage, because both are serious questions, and Vic thinks that being "Fuhrer" is funny.

Furthermore, Ty had the audacity to ask to repeat the "Fuhrer" question, even though we can hear what it was. Dunno if he was too busy with something off-camera, but whatever.

Good lord, Screech is going off and joking about the Fuhrer thing "How many Jews did you gas?" while mimicking Lemoine's voice.

"Liar, People are calling you (Lemoine) the Fuhrer left and right," that's because you, Screech, started calling him that last week!

Vic is saying that the Risembool Rangers is run by adults, but doesn't know their ages or how to know their ages for the mods and admins.

I noticed that Vic's hands are folded, resting on the table, throughout this first part of the deposition.

So, Screech went after Vic's college of Liberty University to connect "Michelle" saying he went to Trinity Christian Academy.

"Is your reputation as a voice actor important to you?"

Vic: "Yes. My reputation, in general, is important to me."

"Non-responsive."

Screech went off on that saying it was responsive. In what way? Lemoine was asking to give a reason why, and Vic' reason is not a good reason.

Vic was thinking about the other reason why his reputation is important to him. Wondering off while thinking.

"How was Ron Toye hurt your credibility?"

Vic took a few seconds to think before he can answer. And even so, he's slightly struggling.

I need to look at the transcript of Vic's depo, so I know which question they're asking and how Vic is responding to them.

We're onto the GFM questions, which Screech doesn't like Lemoine to go over, yet he's promoting it right out of the blue.

As usual, Screech is making fun of Lemoine's questions toward the GFM.

Cody from Anime Outsiders was the guy who gave Screech contacting information about Vic. That was not in the testimony, but Screech himself said it on stream.

This i how I'm checking how the questions and compare it to the transcript.

Screech said that there was two GFM campaigns for Vic, and Screech's gained more traction than the other. Vic doesn't know about that one, however it was shut down for fraud.

One good reason is publicity for Screech's GFM is on stream...CONSTANTLY!

Lemoine wasn't mad, when he asked this...but Screech thinks otherwise.

Screeech: "Are you working for free, you cuck?"

Also Screech stopped the video before Vic answers "I'm sorry, say that again," to rant about Lemoine being "mad".

Screech being Screech....

"You're a unicorn, aren't you?"

"Lemoine's losing the deposition" when we're 53 pages in out of 100+.

There's A LOT to go through, so look at the transcript for yourself.

Um...Screech doesn't know who's mad, but only tells by voice. We know who is getting upset...and he's on camera.

Vic and Ron both listened to the questions, as they should. The only things that Screech keeps complaining about is how the opposite side is doing wrong.

It's the same when you're on the defendant's side trying to say that the other is wrong.

That's not a surprising argument.

"Vic will slay a jury by just being there."

I was on jury duty once, and I can tell you firsthand that a jury must have a clear mind, unaware about the case and the persons involved. They are not meant to be biased in ANY form. Bill Cosby's case proved that!

I went back to the question and the highlighted part is when Vic got upset over, telling them to read it themselves. You are supposed to say to the court what the GFM is used for, as it was written in the description of the page.

Now, I do agree with Screech on this exchange alone, simply because Lemoine was directing the narrative too far.

Could've eased up on that.

Sony BMG copyright-claimed Screech's stream during the stream. He'll filing a counter notice...and will "rape them" and get "fucked" and "eat shit". Much more the reason to keep that claim, boy.

One of the redacted parts of the transcript is about a thread on KF.

It's the KF thread about the people they were doxxed. And after going there, they added more since then.

"Would you agree with me that if they want to maintain their privacy, you would not want to disclose publicly?"

Vic: (Basically) "I think those who makes accusations, for the intention of destroying one's reputation publicly, should be identified."

Listing names of people asked are also in the redacted part of the transcript.

The next redaction about Kameha Con was another list of people. One of those was Greg Ayers, who spoke negatively about him, vocal against homosexuals.

Vic doesn't trust Chris Sabat. Screech is livid on that response.

In Vic's response, Sabat "pretended" and acted like friends, and "it came to his (Vic's) attention" during this scandal, though some fans that know him, that Sabat has spoke vocal against Vic.

Another hysterical laughter from Screech, when Mr. Plant (sic) was mentioned, if Vic knew him.

Asked if Todd Haberkorn is truthful to him. Took him 20 seconds of thought before answering "He has his thoughts."

Vic knew Kara Edwards, and his understanding is that she recounted her inaccurate interaction, that he would take action with...based on an article that used an anonymous source about him, and that he thought that anon was Kara?

So...how did he know that the anon was Kara?
