WHY YOUR ONLINE STORE IS NOT ABLE TO SCALE:-

The core fundamentals of any business is to provide as much value to the customer as possible.

I own an e-commerce consulting agency myself and I help others to scale, but anyways.
The biggest mistake i see people make is adding a couple of random supposedly “trending” products from Aliexpress into their store and launch insanely complex ads for them with unrealistic budgets hoping for thousands of sales the next day.

It just doesn't work like that.
If you really want to start making consistent money with your e-commerce business you need to either learn everything on your own.

Marketing, advertising, product sourcing, product research, optimizing your website, finding suppliers, optimizing your budget & everything else
in between that brings a business together.

OR

You can learn from someone who will actually help you to instantly get to the scaling point, then continue grabbing the wheel from there with the instructions handed to you.

In today's dropshipping, there is just way too much
stuff out there & honestly a 50 page guide won't help you much, even if you have the energy to read through it all over & over again.

Simplify your business, reply if you find yourself incredibly confused everyday & are ready to make drastic, yet simple changes!

1. It's cost-efficient.

The first place local businesses generally start when advertising online is either Google or Yelp. There is 2 big problems with this. Number one, advertising on Google is going to be very expensive,
often times you will be forced to pay $5 just for 1 person to click and visit your website. Once most businesses realize this, they quickly stop advertising online and conclude that it doesn't work (which couldn't be further from the truth!). And number
2. Yelp is just plain awful. You're literally just throwing money away, you are not able to measure the results & calculate your Return on Investment (ROI), and while you're advertising on Yelp you're not building YOUR brand presence at all.

Creating an online store is one of the easiest ways for you to build an income with few overheads and sales around the clock worldwide.

Yet your store isn’t making any sales at all.

HERE’s WHY:
1. Pop ups....

Almost every store owner who isn’t making sales is using a pop up that appears in the lower left screen with a message like

“Olisa in Kafanchan just bought beard oil”

This is annoying to would be customers and questions site privacy if they give you their info.
2. Opt-in’s....

When a visitor goes to your URL they expect to see the goods that are on offer, instead they are greeted with a newsletter opt-in asking for their name, email and the rest.

This is extra work for visitors.

Using opt-ins too early turns visitors away.

Made my first $2k+ in sales with this product.

I found this product by spying on top competitors in the game.

I did my research on google and AliExpress but at the time, the product wasn’t really getting enough traction.

It doesn’t really solve any problem, hence, I focused on selling the lifestyle which was having the
Kardashian type of lit insta pictures.

I spent time perfecting my description and ad copy but the funny thing is that I had the most mediocre type of product video. Lmao 😂.

I went on YouTube and searched for the product, obviously there’s been tons of reviews from YouTubers

When banks look at their balance sheets they should consider the personal balance sheets of their customers, the consumers and small businesses that make up their communities.
Is what you offer to their benefit? Does this product, that service, this partnership help your customers or membership gain somehow? Does it help them prosper? Does it make sense for their financial situation? Does it build value between generations?

Agree, fully. But I'm talking about rich, full stack telemetry that lets you ask and answer any question about your large, chaotic distributed system and its emergent behaviors.
Let's be real: most of you have never experienced this kind of tooling. It hasn't been available outside FAANG until recently (hi).

Many if not most of you may not even have run systems that *demanded* this kind of observability. Scale changes everything.
