2/ The article linked in the last tweet doesn't distinguish between an air interface like 5G New Radio and a given frequency used by the mobile operator. If you don't know that difference, someone who does has an analytical and informational edge over you. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
3/ An analytical edge about 5G is just as useful to investors analyzing a stock line QCOM or VZ as it is to a business deciding what technology to use in creating something like SaaS (PWA? Electron?). The future is always uncertain. But you can improve your odds of success.

When I read something like this:

"Traders are fully pricing a quarter-point cut at the July 30-31 Federal Open Market Committee meeting."

I imagine the meeting where this is decided by the "traders" (under a buttonwood tree?) and wonder why "investors" aren't invited?
Many macro predictions that attempt to time changes in the stock market are eventually right exactly once in a row. bloomberg.com/news/articles/… Focusing on when to buy is vastly easier than guessing about when to sell, especially if your focus is on a specific actual business.

I will try to focus here on technical issues above ethical ones (unless they flow directly from the protocol)

Minor notes:
- I heard before Libra launched it would be partially based on Stellar/XLM. I'm curious if that's true but haven't read that paper. stellar.org/papers/stellar…
- At least one journo claims Libra does not have a working implementation. So I'm curious if the Libra paper is sufficient to create one or if it's partially aspirational. bloomberg.com/opinion/articl…

Lets look at the problem from the @PhRMA / business perspective. And lets suppose you are a wonderful company, started by wonderful people who just want to make the world a better place (I know, not real, but stay with me for a minute).
You start with a great idea / or pipeline platform and start selling this concept to #VC #VentureCapital, and lets assume that this is actually a really good idea. What is the needed return on investment to make this worth while. A: further R&D must exceed the cost of capital.
