4. The culture around you is always seeking to drag you down to mediocrity. Jesus wanted to bring the best out of his disciples Mark 10:42-45. #FulfillingYourMinistry

8. Self-centeredness will drag you down and it is one major reason why people’s prayers are not answered (James 4:3). Being others-focused is the major key to leadership and answer to prayers. #FulfillingYourMinistry
9. As you rise through the levels, you begin to be responsible for more and more people; if you remain focused on yourself, you will take what belongs to many and expend it on yourself. #FulfillingYourMinistry
10. Your decisions on a day to day basis will show how you will handle the answers to your prayers. #FulfillingYourMinistry
11. Vision is the ability to see people, places and things not just the way they are but the way they can be. As a leader, you need to have a vision and you cannot adequately envision if your focus is on yourself. #FulfillingYourMinistry
12. Self-centeredness will blind you. If you are to think for one thousand people and your focus is only on one – you; you will be blind. Service is the essence of leadership and self-centeredness and leadership will never go together. #FulfillingYourMinistry
13. A leader who got it right is King Solomon. (1Kings 3:11-13). How many of your prayer points are focused on other people? Service is the secret to impact and it guaranty success. Our country needs People like Solomon. #FulfillingYourMinistry
14. Selfishness will frustrate your potential for leadership, it in fact guarantees failure. #FulfillingYourMinistry
15. I suggest that volunteering and service should be added to our education curriculum. It is a dangerous thing to grow into adulthood without learning to focus on others. #FulfillingYourMinistry
16. Children need to learn that there are people with needs and how they can be of service to humanity. #FulfillingYourMinistry
17. As you commit to service to God, I declare that you will not serve God in vain. #FulfillingYourMinistry
