Excess water of rivers like Ulhas, Vaitarna, Nar, Par and Damanganga in Konkan (that goes into sea) will be diverted through Godavari valley to Jayakwadi dam in Marathwada. MH govt to spend 20,000 crore for this project that involves building pipelines.

The state cabinet on Tuesday has decided to complete the Nar-Par-Tapi and Damanganga-Pinjal river linking projects. This will provide 52 TMC water for Marathwada region and 21 TMC water for Mumbai (will take care of water need of Mumbai city till 2060)

Already a water grid is to be designed in Marathwada where all major dams will be connected with the help of Israel's National Water Carrier Mekorot. Some dams in Marathwada have excess water while some remain dry. The interlinking will help optimum use

Additionally, the 52 TMC water released in the Godavari basin will reach Jayakwadi dam (largest dam in the area) and will be distributed to other dams via the water grid.

This will ensure water availability in Marathwada, while not affecting the Konkan and Nashik regions.
MH CM @Dev_Fadnavis and water resources minister @girishdmahajan have promised that next generation will not see drought in Marathwada.

The duration for all these projects is five years. Hope to see a greener Marathwada in the future.
One more point to be added is that Mumbai will get 21 TMC of water due to the proposed interlinking of rivers. This will take care of water needs of Mumbai till 2060.

Interesting fact about Maharashtra farm loan waiver:

Number of eligible farmers in list given to govt by cooperative and other banks: 1.04 cr

Number of eligible farmers after Aadhar linking: 58 lakh

Number of farmer names omitted as Aadhar information not available: 46 lakh
Iska matlab samjhe Daya? Kuch tau gadbad hain.

These 46 lakh farmer names are fake farmers. These are cronies of political parties namely Cong and NCP who have taken loans.

Cong, NCP, commies and even Sena was demanding full loan waiver without any checks.
That means the cronies would have got loan waiver under guise of farmers. The district co-op bank (controlled mainly by Pawar cronies and Congis) would have got money back.

Cronies would have given some part of it to Cong-NCP election fund.

1. Morning folks from the village. Many asked about my goat housing. So this is the main goat pen. It has 2 compartments & a big store room. The pregnant females & those with kids stay on 1 side & the non pregnant females stay on the other side. The structure is 40m X 9meters.
2. This is the second goat pen building for the ones that I would have weaned off their mothers. The breeding boer goat males would be ready for sale at 6 months. We sale them at US$500 each.There is a massive shortage in the country at the moment because there are fewer breeders
3. #Water I use a 1.5 hp solar pump which pumps into a 5000 liter tank & then use gravity to distribute to the paddocks which have water pans for the goats. It is advisable to give them clean water to avoid liver fluke disease. I bought my borehole kit for R3000 in SA from DAB.

The Wikipedia post basically outlines the issues as a failure in the fabric of the road due to moisture beneath the road surface & fatigue from vehicle load.

The article points more at snow as being the moisture enabling culprit but we obviously don't have snow in these parts.
'Snow' may therefore be substituted for another firm of precipitation - rain (and subsequently water).

PWD MH has Demolished one of the most ancient Shri Mahakaleshwar Mandir, Dhule last week, claiming it unauthorized.

On one hand, end number of Mandirs have been Demolished by MH Govt since past 3 yrs(1/5)
claiming it unauthorized including one of d most ancient Hanuman Mandir of IIT Powai. On another hand, hundreds of unauthorized Dargahs, Mosques, Madrasas & Churches r untouched, which r clearly mentioned as Unauthorized by SC, just 2 appease & take care of Muslim VoteBank.(2/5)
Despite being unauthorised, d Dargah in Dhadgao on d Mum-Agra highway, instead of shifting it, d highway was made by its side, dat means only Mandirs r planned to b demolished by claiming dem unauthorised & giving stay to the action taken against places of worship of other..(3/5)
