Some so called conservatives being sympathetic towards student debt is hilarious to me. Most of the people screaming for debt forgiveness are radical leftists. If you have a degree, you're more likely to get a good job. Unless your degree is in liberal arts or gender studies lol
It is not our fault you got in debt 200k to get a degree in Criminal Justice, Pyscology, art , etc . It's not our fault that your degree is useless or that the jobs you qualify for don't pay much.
I want to know how many of these people ignored their parents advice . I personally know people who's parents suggested they go to a junior college the first 2 yrs and then transfer later but they scoffed at their good counsel.
Why should responsible Americans who repaid their college loans be forced to pay for those who were not responsible? Why should those who didn't go to college but found good jobs, be forced to pay higher taxes on their behalf ?
Another talking point I hear is that if we bailed out wall street why shouldn't we bail out these poor people. That is such bullsh*t. Just cause Obama did something stupid, doesn't mean we should repeat more stupidity.
I'm so sick of so many entitled snowflakes who want free sh*t! Learn to live with the consequences of your choices and learn from them and be better.
