A great way to teach your children about socialism. Have your child do a job with the promise of paying them $5.00 while the other child or you sit by and do nothing. When they finish and come to be paid give them $2.50 and hand the other $2.50 to the other child or yourself.
2) Who did nothing. When they protest you can explain to them that this is what socialism does. I guarantee you will raise a capitalist from that day forward.
3) For college age children who support socialism, only give them half of their tuition money at the beginning of the semester. Then explain that the other half is going to the neighbor for their college to promote socialism. They will learn quickly trust me.
4) The sad fact is that these college students in particular LOVE the idea of socialism, right up until they have to give things up to participate in the process. In my opinion, there is no time like the present to have them live by their convictions.
