There comes a time when you have to realise people that you once considered friends, fall by the wayside, they let you down. Sometimes this can make people angry. It’s even more disappointing when they actively turn against you, it feels like betrayal. #ReachOverTheNoise 1/7
It’s quite normal to feel this way. It’s how we deal with it that really matters. Do you want to spend all of your time and energy arguing with people who are still trying to find their place on the political spectrum? I don’t. It’s counterproductive. Time to draw a line. 2/7
Reaching out and bringing together can only work if people want this. It’s clear they don’t. So we annex the distractions, and reach over the noise.

You can spend your time engaging with idiots, or you can put every bit of energy you have in to getting the Tories out. When you drop to their level you take your eyes off of the prize. Ask yourself, why they are distracting you? What will they achieve? 4/7
We can all drop screenshots from private conversations. People forget things they say. But the grown ups in the room realise this isn’t an episode of Love Island, and really couldn’t give a shit about what so-and-so thinks of someone. 5/7
My point is clear enough. Drop the pitchforks and pick up the manifesto. Look what is in Government, look at the joke of a Lib Dim Leader, look at the state of our country and compare it to the importance of polishing the ego of a handful of self-important weather vanes. 6/7
We won’t achieve anything punching inwards. Cut the losses and let them get on with it. Their noise is utterly irrelevant on the grand scheme of things. Pick your battles carefully, work with people you trust, make a difference. #ReachOverTheNoise 7/7
