The I-213 and the I-867 are the two documents that allow Border Patrol agents or ICE to doom a case just because they can & coz they know that judges use them as gospel to find negative credibility. There are so many lies, deliberate & malicious lies.
Yet, it is almost impossible to prove it unless you get the issuing agent on the stand and OPLA fight that to no end, unless of course they need the agents to testify at the contested rem hearing. And then they again lie, and weasel, and shade ... I just can't.

When they ask "fear Q" they ask it in ways that ppl simply do not understand what they have been asked.

The reason there are so many lies (which is not new to Trump Admin), is decades of horrible BIA decisions that have held that absent evidence that I-213 contains erroneous info or was obtained by coercion/duress, it is inherently trustworthy &
admissible as evidence.

Federal appeal courts have rubber-stamped these decisions. It does not matter that the immigrant was a child, or the person barely spoke the language in which Qs were asked -- it is the same "info came from Respondent" & officer just recorded it. My a*s!
