What would you call a poem that’s driven less by narrative than by a series of vivid scenes/images?
Think Richard Blanco’s (@rblancopoet) “One Today,” Gabrielle Calvocoressi’s (@rocketfantastic) “Praise House: The New Economy” or like any Tom Waits song
I’m deeply grateful I never studied poetry in high school or college (would have ruined it for me) but I think I’m missing some standard vocabulary:-)
