ok so I've had these 5 @CineplexMovies Summer Escape tickets from a few years ago. They were an insane deal. The caveat is that they are only good during the summer. I think this is the third summer I've had these and they expire tomorrow permanently T_T. Luckily I used them up.

I really with @CineplexMovies would sell them again they didn't even have gift card deals this year. Honest- there aren't a lot of gems out here to watch Aladdin was a great l.a. adaption but only in comp to The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast. 2 movies I wish I could unsee.

Anyway here are the five movies I watched and my quick thoughts.

#GoodBoysMovie - surprisingly it basically delivered on what the trailer promised. It was funny, those kids definitely couldn't see their own movie without adult supervision. Ending was the worst part. It tried way too hard. Still possible #1 movie to watch right now

#SpiderManFarFromHome (Extended Cut) - This is what happens when you have free movie tickets.. you just watch things randomly. I noticed one different scene which was the trailer "I'm too busy doing your jobs" scene that was cut originally. Maybe 1 more.

This whole trend of releasing an extended cut in the theatres is stupid though. That's what the Blu-Ray is for. Blu-Ray gives us the technology to watch a movie and pick "Theatrical Release" or "Extended Edition" on the disc and have it insert those scenes where they go. Do that.

#AngelHasFallen - So many problems: 1-This should not be a Franchise. 2-This is an 'i'm being framed' movie, but why would anyone believe the best SS agent of all time is guilty? Clearly he's being framed.
That aside it's pretty funny and leans into cheesy very well. Enjoyed it

#BlindedByTheLightMovie - So many fears of what this movie would be but in the end it was exactly what I thought it was. Heart warming story about a kid and The Boss. Not quite tear jerking but it was touching. Soundtrack was excellent as was the lyric design

#fastandfurioushobbsandshaw - Dumb and Fun. With the emphasis on the dumb unfortunately. There is a lot of fun to be fair but they make a terrible duo and having them roast each other for 60-90 seconds at a time while amusing doesn't make it less dumb.

I've seen a bunch of other movies recently Lion King (We all know how easy it is to tell apart lions in documentaries? Get ready for that experience. it sucks), MIB:I (it's probably bad I've forgotten everything about this movie), Dark Phoenix (hahaha *pause for breath* hahahha).
