I need to dig into facts but I think that it's arguably DOD procurement fraud. I don't think the civil liability can be washed away and may expose his properties to being seized in 2021 when he's out of office. Will destroy a lot of military careers. That's likely Putin's plan.
He's filed six bankruptcy cases. IMO was insolvent in 2015. He's likely doing this out of financial need. Now that he's been exposed he will become even more desperate. These crimes will be a nightmare for the @HouseGOP @SenateGOP and may also explain why so many are leaving.
Also, it occurred to me that he will try to embezzle money from his wall program. Funnel to corporations he controls. He doesn't care anymore. He thinks he's unstoppable. And as a sociopath he will take everyone with him if he goes down. His kids are going to go down with him.
It's critical that the @DeutscheBankAG cases get resolved soon. They are more important than impeachment IMO and he fears them a lot more. If @NewYorkStateAG has the goods she should just indict Trump & his kids. Crimes before Jan 20, 2017 he can't do a thing legally to stop it.
