1. Whitefish Energy Holding LLC got a no bid contract from frienda1 then Sec of Interior Zinke $300 million so MT small, inept unqualified company had contract pulled
2. then FEMA gave -> a fracking co. 'Cobra', who's parent co is Mammoth Energy Services, the also received no bid contract to get power restored to Puerto Rico after devastation Hurricane Maria.

3. COBRA indicted Sept 2019 for fraud in Puerto Rico PR

On Monday, jury selection had to be delayed as she came into court dressed in her brown jail clothes. Most defendants wear civilian clothes so the jury won't be prejudiced against them.
Zhang said she had not put on the clothes she had been provided because the jail had not given her any underwear. After some discussion of over which agency was responsible, she retired to a holding cell and donned a copper blouse and khaki pants.

Nurses are reporting “still not water or electricity in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico since Maria.” Nurses have set up a clinic at a FEMA site and I’m quoting here “This was also FEMA’s first day there,” this is a report of today folks! Nearly 3weeks after hurricane!
I can't stress this enough folks! This nurses are leaving their children & families, taking their vacation time to go help our brothers & sisters in #PuertoRico they'll have no water, no electricity & no roof over their heads for weeks! This is a true humanitarian crisis.
