"Secular" is not an attribute of people but of the State. It means separation of Church & State. It does not mean, plural, tolerant, accepting or some imaginary definition.
The Indian state, of course, is not secular. "India is a religious apartheid state." (My actual title of this article before Rediff changed it).

Whatever advances #ChristoIslam is "secular" else it is "communal." Try it.
So, answer this. Why is this word "communal" not used in the West in the way India uses it?
