Once upon a time, there was a new governor. He appointed co-managing directors of a Tea-Party-sponsored political group @flca4liberty to his education transition team. Appropriate to have multiple voices represented on a committee, yes, but this group wants full control. /1

The @flca4liberty directors explain why this matters. "... is back in session, & soon the FL Legislature will be back in session, too! So much is at stake...We need to strengthen Florida's statutes to legally protect our children from harmful pornographic materials." Porn? /3
