“A complaint was unsealed earlier today in federal court in Brooklyn charging attorney Steven Nerayoff & Michael Hlady with extortion. Nerayoff & Hlady threatened to destroy a startup crypto company if they were not paid millions of dollars in the cryptocurrency Ether (ETH).”
““Nerayoff and Hlady carried out an old-fashioned shakedown, to be paid off with 21st century cryptocurrency,” stated US Attorney Donoghue. “This Office & our partners at the FBI are committed to protecting businesses from extortion, whether the demands are for $ or cryptos.””

That Michael Hlady was 39 in 2011 and the Hlady arrested with Nerayoff scheme is 47 in 2019 so its likely the same person, but I haven’t ruled out if there are more than 1 same-aged Michael Hlady’s in lil Rhody yet, so not stating for certain it’s him.
