If the court confirms the Scottish judgement: That the prorogation was null and void, it is as if it has never taken place so I would suggest that MPs should prepare to just turn up and sit.

2/. In fact they should have an emergency bill ready to roll, having seized control of Parliamentary business, forbidding prorogation of Parliament without a majority consenting in Parliament.
