Remember how the judge in Michael Flynn's case pushed back the hearing on Flynn's prosecutorial misconduct claims to Nov. 5 (the same day Roger Stone's trial begins)? Flynn's lawyers have asked for a different day that week, citing a scheduling conflict — govt is fine with it
(Again, this has nothing to do with the substance of either case, but: If the judge agrees to 11/4, Flynn and Stone will no longer be in the courthouse at the same time. If it goes to 11/7, Stone's trial would be underway, so there's a good chance they'd both be in the building)
The judge has agreed to push Michael Flynn's motion hearing to Nov. 7 (Roger Stone's trial will be underway in the same courthouse at that point)
