daniel "jack corbin" mcmahon is set to have a detention hearing in federal court in FL tomorrow.
his defense attorney has filed a motion asking for pretrial release, saying mcmahon has agreed to surrender his guns & passport and submit to mental health evaluation & house arrest.

not that we needed confirmation, but he was always lying about having moved to asheville! 
not a flight risk because he lacks the means and ability to take care of himself anywhere outside of his parents' house
these are two things i've wanted for daniel for a very long time.
if they grant him bond on the condition that he stays logged off, they might as well just keep him locked up. he will not be able to do this.
i'm VERY interested to know what case required his testimony before a grand jury. it being WVDA means it was probably in connection to unite the right. danny himself wasn't here but he may have sensitive information about people who were.
