imagine posting this pathetic exchange publicly, just admitting to your followers that despite being involved in multiple lawsuits going on for years now, you don't know how to find and read judicial orders.
folks... a four page blog post from a nazi just got filed as a response to a motion in federal court. we are really blazing trails here in the western district of virginia.
set the bar nice & low before you even start.
first of all, i have docket alerts set for this case and read every filing within hours of it hitting PACER. it can be done.
second, that motion was NATIONAL NEWS. you don't have a google alert for "crying nazi" set up?!

seriously, even if you don't know how to look up filings in the case, i know you read all my tweets and i posted this daily beast article about the motion the day it was filed.
all reasonable assumptions aside, you know how i KNOW he's lying about not having seen the motion? because he posted it. the entire document. the day it was filed.
he and his followers went through it line by line, every exhibit and attachment! you know how i know THAT? because they tried to dox people whose affidavits were included as attachments. again, the day the motion was filed.
that blatant falsehood presented aside, let us continue with this FOUR PAGE disaster of a response.

chris, did you read their motion to withdraw as your attorneys? they said it's because you're unreasonably difficult to work with, a liability to their other clients, and your conduct is repugnant.

chris, your attorney can withdraw from this case because representing you is a JOB he took for MONEY that you are not PAYING him. you are party to this case because of your own choices, too, but unfortunately your participation is not voluntary.
one of chris' more tragic refrains is his belief that if not for the discrimination he faces for his political views (overt, violent white supremacy), he would be a wealthy & successful broadcaster. it's incredible - he really does think he is talented.

on his show the other day, he said he'd never heard of the word 'calumny' until he read hitler's mein kampf while he was sitting in the albemarle charlottesville regional jail. it's not really that unusual a word, but it's used a lot in that text & that's why he likes it.
seriously, he used it 3 times in this 4 page document.
unless things behind the scenes are very different than they appear, elmer isn't doing the work on this case. he's just sponsoring kolenich, who is not barred in virginia. also, "he's best positioned to slander my victims" is not a solid legal argument.
