Because I understand court staff are briefing press, there will be a directions hearing in the case brought by @DaleVince and me against the PM tomorrow morning and, as matters stand, a substantive hearing on Thursday morning in the Outer House of the Court of Session.
At the heart of that case is the question how you fit the PM's very square peg - 'we will leave on 31 October come what may' - into a very round hole - the Benn Act compels the PM to ask for an extension.

There is scheduled to be a further hearing in the Inner House of what we imagine will be both (a) the appeal by the loser in the Outer House and (b) the petition already in the Inner House ('to Nob Off') on 8 October and, I imagine, a Supreme Court hearing in w/c 14 October.
