JUST IN: Chairmen of House Intelligence, Foreign Affairs and Oversight committees write Giuliani to tell him he's been subpoenaed to produce documents pursuant to the House's impeachment inquiry.
Failure to comply, "including at the direction or behest of the president" ... "shall constitute evidence of obstruction of the House's impeachment inquiry," the chairmen write.
Here is the list of material three House committees are demanding from President Trump's personal attorney:

House Dem resolution:

1) Directs the committees "to continue" their ongoing investigations.

2) Sets up 90 min rounds of questioning to be controlled by chairman and ranking member at open hearings *before* members get their 5 minutes. And staffers may ask Q's...

3) The GOP minority may request the appearance of certain witnesses, if they submit "detailed written justification of the relevance of the testimony."

4) Minority subpoenas MAY be granted, subject to approval by the chair, appealable to the full committee.
5) Electronic transcripts of the depositions taken thus far, "with appropriate redactions," may be made public.

6) The Intel Cmte's report may be transmitted to Judiciary and made public.

In a briefing with reporters, Majority Leader Steny Hoyer said the vote the House will take on Thursday is "not an impeachment resolution."

@RebeccaRKaplan reports the Democrats will rely on the ruling of the DC District Court that an impeachment inquiry is already underway.
@RebeccaRKaplan "This is about process to when we move out of the investigatory phase, which we’ve been in, into a phase where we have public hearings," Hoyer said.

"That's what it is. No more, no less.”
"The Republican position that we needed some resolution to authorize an impeachment, the court found to be without merit," Hoyer told reporters.

A source familiar with the effort confirms a letter is circulating among conservative leaders in support of Mick Mulvaney.

The letter says those who’ve signed believe he "has been the most successful Chief of Staff in this administration."
Signatories to date include Family Research Council chief Tony Perkins, Jenny Beth Martin of Tea Party Patriots, activist Ginni Thomas, former Ohio gubernatorial candidate Ken Blackwell and Club for Growth president David McIntosh.
The letter says those who’ve signed it are “proud to support the role" Mulvaney continues to play, and it calls on the president to make him permanent in the chief of staff position.

Gaetz does not sit on any of those committees, and the House parliamentarian agreed with House Intelligence committee chairman Schiff ..
