There is no when of a time for parliament to pass a withdrawal agreement.
Parliament is prorogued on Tuesday, and the first day back is Monday 14th, and that's the Queen's Speech.
And there's always debate on the Queen's speech. There won't be time to go into the withdrawal agreement which also needs long scrutiny.
And then it's the European summit, followed immediately by the Benn letter.
Even if it wanted to, parliament has got no time left.
They won't vote for it today.

Next week (7th - 12th) they can't vote because parliament is prorogued.

And the week after that (14th - 16th) they can't because of the Queen's speech

And then it's the EU summit that Thursday (17th), with the Benn letter on Saturday (19th)
Anyone talking about deals or votes now is talking nonsense. It's too late for voting.

There was one day - Friday 18th - parliament might have been able to vote for something as long as it had been agreed in advance. But there won't be anything now.
It will be EU summit on Thursday 17th, extension request on Saturday 19th
And then a general election on November 28th.

And someone better tell Kinnock it's all over. He'll be found in the jungle in 30 years still trying to find a majority
