The EU donation was not for the UK branch, in any case, there's no companies around, only a not-for-profit charity with many chapters (&many funders) as anyone bothering to take a look at their (public) account can see. Smearing disinfo campaign.

There is a UK company associated with the charity TI UK (common practice I'm told?), that "Mr Swinson" is not a Director of.
IAC as an employee of the associated charity, he didn't get to pocket the EU donation made to another entity.
