1/ People often tell me that trans inclusion policies have nothing to do with them. That they shouldn't have a view or even talk about it. Wrong. This affects everyone.

2/ Ask yourself. Would you like your elderly mother cared for in hospital in bed next to a male in an open gown and a penis? No?

3/ Would you like your daughter getting changed for PE next to a teenage male? And if she feels uncomfortable SHE is the one who has to change elsewhere? No?

4/ If your daughter plays Rugby at the weekend is it fair or indeed SAFE if the opposite teams fields male players in a women's match? No?

5/ Is it right that a male rapist and live alongside women in a women's prison or a women's refuge? No?

6/ Is it right that in two weeks a MALE-born rider will be defending a WOMENS world sprint title at the World Championships? No?

7/ None of these examples are hypothetical. Every single one of these scenarios has happened and will CONTINUE to happen.

8/ There needs to be a serious rebalancing of rights. Women's rights matter too. THAT is the spirit of Equality Law. NOT trans inclusion at any cost.
