As best I can find right now, these guys are threatened with "Maximum Penalties: Up to five years in prison & $250,000 fine." Since Trump's America First Action heavily supports GOP candidates, you can bet your sweet ass SDNY will be dangling deals to work up the GOP perp tree.
Buzzfeed has a good rundown on Rudy's GOP goombahs. You can just see these guys sitting in Tony Soprano's Bada Bing drooling over naked girls & slugging down some Moscow Mules.
