The mistake people make is that they think RSS swayamsevaks are some kind of mercenaries. They are normal citizen just giving their time to Bharatmata outside of their regular activities. They are not very numerous either.

And they certainly have no extraordinary powers. Even in the states where BJP is in power, they have to beg for Hindu issues. They are just ordinary people doing extraordinary work. Add to the fact that the years of conditioning has taught them to be disciplined and law abiding.

They can never and will never do rioting. Even in Guj 2002, it was ordinary Hindus who did the retribution. VHP is a different beast. It inducts the youth of 'appropriate' mindset. They don't have to train them a lot.

Also, being a dedicated sanghi is a difficult job. Good part of your day has to be invested in the activities which are seen as 'non productive' by others. The very first casuality is the family life.

The silence of the RSS leadership is also becoz they can't do much about it. They have chosen this path knowingly that there will be struggle and hardship. But it has to be done anyways. So all they ask from bhagwa dhwaj is the strength to withstand the challenges. That's all.

But it is very difficult to understand for outsiders.
But what raita wing want is a tweet from Mohan Bhagwat or Narendra Modi or Amit Shah. It is both sad and hilarious at the same time.

The protest will raise from within Bengali (and Mallu) Hindu community. Sangh will only facilitate the protest. Sanghis are not so numerous. They depend on the hindu society. So far we don't see any kind of outrage, it is brewing. This is the feedback that we get from these parts
