Looks like Hard Rock was working with a local developer, Kailas Companies, on the hotel, which was also supposed to contain actual residences for sale in addition to hotel rooms.

In 2013, a Praveen Kailas was charged & convicted for conspiracy & theft of HUD funds related to Hurricane Katrina using his company, Lago Construction.

6 people are currently on trial in France in the #KarachiAffair related to a vast bribery and arms sales scandal, including Thierry Gaubert, who was a former aide to then Budget Minister Nicolas Sarkozy (who later went on to become President of France).

Former French Prime Minister Edouard Balladur is also going to face trial, though separately, because bribes were allegedly used to fund Balladur's then Presidential campaign.
This is another case with lots of "unexplained" dead people, including a lead attorney.

People really don't seem to believe that anyone is truly alone in this world. They'll disbelieve you if you say you don't have family / friends, or assume you do have some but just don't appreciate them, or assume you're being a Dramatic Young Person in a huff at your family.
And so many things require you to have someone. For example, I've been treated as obstinate / silly for not listing an emergency contact on forms. But I genuinely do not have anyone to fulfil that role.
The assumption is that everyone has at least one person in their life, and people can't seem to get their heads round the idea that some people really don't. They usually seem to conclude that I mean distanced family, or friends I haven't seen for a while.

This was already addressed mid-thread. You do realize filing lawsuits costs money to the court, yes?

Not getting paid != going into the hole paying the court costs

There are a few options. Provide evidence he wasn't there or X wasn't there, or depose X and challenge X's credibility (history of lying, etc), or provide evidence X is lying (emails, texts, etc), or get on the stand to say "that's false" and pray

They're too dim to realize ppl find out about the GFMs *because* they were shared on Twitter

This is kinda fake news for a few reasons. #ethereum @AugurProject

1) Almost all of these purposefully confusing markets are being created by one person, not a bunch of people. The activity on those markets is also by one person / address.

2) The system in Augur has a built in way to combat this: a validity bond. The more markets are invalid the higher the bond goes, augur targets 1% of markets as invalid. Right now it’s 10%. Why? There’s a bug on chain in the calculation of this bond which makes it too low
This will be fixed in v2 of augur.

3) Invalid will be a separately tradable in v2. So markets where this is happening can be easily filtered out, and people trying to do the attack described in the OP would auto trigger the filter by virtue of their trading invalid.

What they have released is an arbitrary points system. But guess what, it's still clearly discriminatory on the grounds of age and gender! 2/
