Any discharge from your nipple that is not milky

If your nipple being pulled inwards

any new pain that does not go away

Rash around one or both nipple that is not usually there.

"Toilet infection" is a misnomer for a group of conditions referred to as vaginitis, which result in itching, vaginal discharge which is usually smelly

Now there are 3 main causes

Bacterial Vaginosis
Candidiasis
Trichomoniasis

NONE of them are gotten from the toilet!

Some will swear it started right after they used a public toilet but it usually starts long before that "toilet" is used and can be attributed to the vaginal practices of the owner. I just saw someone advocating for toothpaste to be used

Now this is how it goes down:
Your vagina has bacteria living in it already, let's call it good bacteria, known as lactobacilli, that's what makes the vagina acidic, and acidic is good. At least for the vagina.

As long as these guys are in charge, you are in the clear at least.

1. The Male Condom
A sheath of rubber used to cover the penis
It blocks sperms from reaching the vagina

How effective? 95%. But in actual use: 85%
Side effects: some people have a latex allergy
Female condoms
Cheap also, but availability is not as common as the male condom, enters into the vagina and blocks sperms from reaching the womb.
Side effects: allergies to latex
How effective? About 79%
Cervical cap:
A cap-like device that covers the cervix, can also be filled with spermicides(substances that kill sperms.
The issue is that it had to be in for some hours after sex and some people can develop very serious reactions to the spermicide.

How effective? 80%
