The Delaware Secretary of State's office just confirmed to me that "Fraud Guarantee LLC" was cancelled June 1, 2018 because they did not pay taxes. Giuliani says he was paid in August 2018.
The only other possibility here is that Giuliani was paid by "Fraud Guarantee Holdings LLC", a SEPARATE, previously unreported LLC set up in February 2016. That entity, per the Delaware gov, is now also delinquent in its taxes.
Exclusive docs show that "Fraud Guarantee Holdings LLC" was set up by the indicted David Correia. 
I cannot find a legitimate purpose for Fraud Guarantee Holdings LLC at the time of its incorporation (2016). They already had Fraud Guarantee LLC set up by then. Their public business had commenced by 2013.
The Fraud Guarantee website lists four locations: US, UK, India, and.... Russia. Nothing about Ukraine.
