5. Elements in the Statutory Transfers are first line Charge. They are:

This is a short thread . More coming later today.
Per-capita IGR is as follows for the first four states Lagos ₦21.2K, FCT ₦11.6k, Ogun ₦11.3k, and Delta ₦7.1k.
Katsina, Kebbi, Borno, Yobe, and Zamfara all earn raised less than ₦1000 per person in IGR.

States position changed on the graph of IGR vs IGR per capital graph
The most per capita FAAC goes to BAYELSA 63.5k, DELTA 35.4k, AKWA IBOM 34.5k, and RIVERS 22.1
