Multiple Trump administration agencies – including the State Department – have suggested they will not comply with congressional requests and subpoenas related to the Ukraine investigation. But now the State Department's refusal to hand over documents is getting tested in court.
In a teleconference yesterday, the court asked Trump administration lawyers to be prepared to discuss overlap between State Dept documents subpoenaed by Congress and records requested in our lawsuit - including what privileges might be asserted. americanoversight.org/document/trans…
