Rogue clown Giuliani went on FoxNews tonight to spill his guts to Laura Ingraham. Rudy's still trying to vindicate Manafort & Trump in the Russia investigation! By pushing an alternative universe of "Ukraine collusion" disinformation, leveraging US foreign policy in the process.
Giuliani said "the entire State Department was a problem." THAT straight-up echoes Russian propaganda. Putin has long bashed the State Dept for promoting democracy and human rights, even in places like Russia & Ukraine (how dare they!). That's how Putin's Hillary grudge began. 
This makes clear that Trump wanted dirt on Biden himself: Trump used his July 25 call w/ Zelensky not only to get #Ukraine to revive a dormant & baseless inquiry on Biden's son. He wanted to WIDEN the investigation TO INCLUDE BIDEN himself for possible wrongdoing. #Whistleblower
Trump's own natsec people thought he was extorting #Ukraine: "Although the question of a linkage or leverage never came up in the formal NSC discussions, participants began to believe that Trump was 'withholding the aid until [Ukraine] gave him something on Biden or Manafort.'"
This report on Giuliani chasing RW conspiracies in Ukraine is insane. Confusion, distrust, worry in Pentagon, NSC & State b/c Trump's co-opted national security apparatus for his own political pursuits. It got so bad they delayed Zelensky call, dreading Trump wld do what he did.
