One thing I don't understand about such events is -

Everyone toes the same line!

If you want a "super" discussion on AIT, please call someone who holds the opposite view as well
What the H-Right is deficient at is a temperament to hear out the opposing view (be it on a partisan political matter, or a technical matter like AIT)

You can be as intransigent as you want. But hear out the other side. And respond / debunk calmly
Many people on the Right say - "Hey...the Left is just as bad. Why should we hear them out"

Actually no.

NDTV invites people like Sheshadri Chari, Swapan Dasgupta, Chandan Mitra etc

Maybe as mere "tokens". But they're there nevertheless
H-RIght must learn from the American Right in this regard.

Watch the old shows of conservatives like Bill Buckley, Milton Friedman

There is always representation from the other side. And they are usually heard. Patiently
Some classic shows that come to my mind -

Bill Buckley's interview with Gore Vidal

Or his interview with Noam Chomsky

They are television classics. Precisely because Buckley was gracious to hear out a view diametrically opposite to his own
Here's the link to the legendary Buckley talk with Chomsky
