Quite a tribute to Rep. Elijah Cummings yesterday and now at this service, from two immensely popular presidents, the former first lady and secretary of state, the House speaker and so many more. Some who today luxuriate in power will never know this level of love and adulation.
And gotta say, what a balm it is to hear President Obama, speaking as he among very few out there can.
Obama’s eloquence, Bill Clinton’s clear heartbreak, Hillary Clinton’s fire, Speaker Pelosi’s genuine friendship and Maya Rockeymoore Cummings’ feisty and wonderful tribute all made for an amazing homegoing. Here is Maya’s Eulogy for her husband in full:

Spoke to a quite savvy, longtime ex-Republican strategist today who pointed out that while we are all focused on Kentucky and Virginia, we aren't paying enough attention to Mississippi, where the Republican won with fewer votes than his own Lieutenant gov or any other statewider.
In fact, the Dem guv nominee got fewer votes than ex Ag secretary Mike Espy got running for Senate against Cindy Hyde Smith in 2018. Msg for Dems. choice (hello Kentucky gov and Alabama Sen) and putting resources in matter.
Just as a think, could a state whose population is 1/3 AA be a long term sound investment for a party that relies on black voters overwhelmingly but which in the last 30 years or so has tended to forego major investments in voter registration for the ones who are southern/rural?

2. I've read page after page of analysis of people saying you can't trust #QAnon because the very first prediction never occurred. I will say, I was doubtful at first too. But, all it takes is a little investigating...which is EXACTLY what being an #Anon is all about! Look!
