इस एफडीआई के बेहतर संचालन और प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए सरकार ने एक संस्था बनाई है।
से FIPB (फॉरेन इन्वेस्टमेंट प्रोमोशन बोर्ड) कहते हैं। FIPB वित्त मंत्रालय के अधीन है और उस समय वित्त मंत्री पी चिदंबरम थे।
2007 में इन्हें FIPB से अनुमति मिल जाती है। इस अनुमति में 2 बाते मुख्य रूप से कही जाई है।
INX मीडिया को 4 करोड़ 62 लाख से अधिक निवेश की अनुमति नही दी जाती।
